Changes in my study programme

 

Hi Everyone!

I am currently studying my third year of Early Childhood Education Pedagogy at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Chile, located in Santiago, Chile.

The curriculum is excellent, so far, we have seen content such as health and child care, personal and social development from 0 to 6 years, diversity pedagogy, among other important topics to develop our future profession.

What I like the most is that all the learning that we develop is with a look at the focus on children's rights, that is, the most important thing is to respect their rights, decisions, expressions, comments, and interests.

Within the study plan, there are practices every semester, however, during the fifth semester of university, intensive practices begin, where we must have new ideas and implement them in kindergartens, to do this, materials and resources are needed that the university doesn’t pay for, so all these practices are financed by the students, the materials too, in addition to the subway or bus tickets.

The workload is fine but having to spend a lot of money on resources to get the practice done can be a stress on the learning process.

The faculty facilities are good, the use of technology are excellent, because in this faculty there are a lot of computers, and the teachers use the technology in correct form, the teaching methods is excellent too.

In general, I’m receiving a lot of learning and a good education, however I would like the university could support students by providing the possibility of accessing materials or resources without spending so much personal money.

TRAVEL TO FUTURE

Hi! today i'm going to talk about the reason why I would to travel to future. 

I'd like to travel to future, because I would like to know how my life is going to end, so my decision would be to travel twice, once on middle of my life, about forty or fifty years old (2043-2053),  and once at the end, to the last day of my life. 

My life plain is mainly to enjoy it, which why a trip to the future would help me see if my dream is being fulfilled. So, if the trip to the future were a reality I would like to go to my favorite places in a present, for example, my home in Curicó, Alameda of Curicó, my home in Santiago, some places where I liked eat, places where I enjoyed with my friends and the college, I would also visit to my grandparents's house because they are the most important people in my life and i would like know about them. 

Another thing that I would like to know is if my little brother and my little sister are okay and are happy, because in present I put all my effort to make them happy children and I hope it will be like for the rest of them life.

In present I have many questions about the future, and although the past was beautiful and I would like to live it again, the future sound even nicer and more interesting than the past. 

My dream job

 Hi! today I'm going to write about my dream job.

When I was a child, I dreamed with to be teacher, I loved  play with my friends or my family and me was the teacher so I gave them notebooks, pencil and homework. About 16 or 17 years I was older sister and I was really happy by spending time with my little brother. I discovered that the chlindren are more interesting that a lot of adults. 

Now, I'm  in third year of pedagogy in prescholar education so I'm very lucky because the job I would like to have are with a children from 0 to 6 years, in a preschool, to educate with love and awareness, and altought I had a lot of jobs, from seller, to washing earthenware or harvesting cherry, however, I like nothing as much as educating.

At university from the first year of studies I had to go to kindergartens to practice my future profession and everytime that I'm with children I'm happy. 

I think that for practice this profession is necessary have the ability to be empathethic because children (as well as adults) need someone to listen to them, gives them attention, loves them and above all respects them.

I prepare myself every day for my dream work, and I love it. 

The best holiday ever!

 Hi everyone! Today I´m going to talk about my best holiday.

In winter of 2019, on my half year vacations of the school I decided with a friend go to Belgium to visit a another friend that came to Chile for exchange of your school. In addition to visit Belgium, we visited France, cities like Dunkirk and Paris.

The dream of being in Europe lasted for 20 days, when we met a beautiful places, cities, rivers, people, between many other things. 

In this travel, specifically in the capital of France, I visited the Notre-dame Cathedral, the Eiffel Tower, the Mouling Rouge, Museum of Louvre and a lot of magic streets. 

In Belgium my favorite activity was eat, because the gastronomy of this place is excellent, in this country the typical food is french fries, and chocolate, the typical drink is beer and I with 16 years old could drink beer because there at that age it is legal.

Those vacations were the best because never before that moment did I imagine being able to be away from home and my family and enjoy it. I grew as a person on this journey.

Greece

 

I would like to visit Greece. I've see a lot of images of this country and I love it the landscapes.

I understand that the weather in this country is in the summer very hot and in the winter very rainy. 

I've read about this country and the culture and literature call my atention, because is general culture; in many countries and cultures we know about greek gods or mithology greek. 

If I were to go, I will like to visit Atenas, because is one of the oldest cities in the world, and a lot of beaches and islands, because I´ve heard that this places stand out for their white sand and their turquoise sea. Santorini is a island located near the capital (Atenas) and this place is beautiful, with a gorgeous paradise beach. 

And if I visit this beautiful country, I will like eat a typical food called "Tomaotokeftedes" . I would visit this place for vacations, I think that i could relax.
